We are pleased to introduce ourselves as a reputed Non-Ferrous Foundry, manufacturing Centrifugal, Shell Molded and Sand Casting.

We specialize in Pressure Tight and Radiographic Quality Casting & also Centrifugal Casting Requiring Ultrasonic Testing.

We also specialize in Manufacturing Casting in Aluminium Bronze, Manganese Bronze, Phosphorous Bronze, Gun Metal and other copper based alloys as per customer specifications.

The foundry is IBR approved, with following facilities

1) 2 Pit type oil fired furnaces	- Capacity 200 kgs and 80 kgs.
2) 1 Tilting furnances ( Oil-fired)	- Capacity 200 kgs
3) 1 Shell-Core Shooter	- Span make
4) 1 shell-Molding Machine	- Plate size - 500 mm x 400 mm
5) Sand Mixing Machine	- Batch capacity - 75 kg
6) 1 Belt Grinder	- Belt size - 50 x 2000 kg.
7) 1 Bench Grinder	- Size - 8"

Under the centrifugal Casting we have horizontal axis centrifugal casting machines. We can supply casting with minimum internal diameter 35mm and maximum outer diameter 800mm.

The foundry is aptly supported by a well-laid Machine shop with the following machines, where we undertake proof-machining of components. Also finish machining can be undertaken if capacity permits.
